Our trainers will guide you through each session with at a speed that is right for you. After each training session you’ll get a set of notes and To-Do list if there are any tasks still to complete.

To ensure we have the time to answer all your questions and provide a quality service we offer only full day or half day training sessions. Of course you can book multiple days to handle more training or larger groups.

Q) What sort of topics can we cover?
A) Any topic related to simPRO or business. (See examples below)
Q) Do you do simPRO health checks?
A) Yes, we do half day or full day health checks where we run through the whole system from top to bottom and provide assistance to ensure simPRO is set up as effectively and efficiently as it can be based on all the new features that have been added since the initial / last check, adapting to the changes in your business processes, correcting data entry issues such as duplicate contact records, etc.
We will fix anything that can be done at the time and provide a list of tasks that can be done over the next few days or weeks to finish correcting any issues found.
Q) Do you have any example topics that you cover in your simPRO training?

Q) Do you record your sessions?
A) Yes, we record every zoom or teams session. We will send a summary of the session along with a link to download and watch the training session video.
Q) Do you do onsite training?
A) Yes, we do. We are based in Perth but we do travel to each state at some time throughout the year. Travel costs do apply if you are outside of the Perth Metro area.
Most of our work and training sessions can be done very effectively via Zoom or Teams. The added bonus is we can record those sessions so you can re-watch key parts of the training or use them as training videos of new staff.
Q) Are you able to create Quote & Invoice Templates for us?
A) Yes, if you have the graphics and a good idea of exactly how you want your quote or invoice to look we can do it for you. The best option would be if you have a concept created by a graphic designer and provide the concept and graphics to us we can create that form / template in simPRO for you.
