We provide data quality and enrichment services for Australian field service businesses. Our application searches publicly available business information — such as company names, addresses, phone numbers, and ABN registrations — to help our clients maintain accurate records in their business management systems.

2. Information We Collect

Our application accesses only publicly available business information. This includes:

Public Facebook Page metadata (page name, business address, page link) via the Meta Graph API Pages Search endpoint

Public business listings from Google Places (name, address, phone, website, rating)

Australian Business Register (ABR) public records (ABN, entity name, registration status)

Publicly accessible business website content (phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses)

We do not collect, store, or process:

Personal Facebook user data or profiles

Private messages, photos, or posts

Login credentials or authentication tokens of any individual

Data from non-public or restricted sources

3. How We Use Information

Information retrieved through our application is used solely for:

Verifying and correcting business contact records (names, addresses, phone numbers, ABNs)

Enriching CRM and field service management system data with publicly available business details

Identifying and linking social media profiles to business records

Data is processed in batches by our internal consulting team and is not sold, shared, or distributed to any third party outside of the specific client engagement for which it was collected.

4. Data Storage and Security

Enriched data is stored securely on Microsoft SharePoint (protected by enterprise-grade authentication) and in client business management systems. We retain processed data only for the duration of the client engagement. Intermediate processing data (such as API responses and checkpoints) is stored temporarily and deleted upon completion of each enrichment run.
